Bring your own fabric. We'll make it.
Unlike many workrooms, we never require you to buy fabric from us. Send us your own selections (COM). If you're stuck or need to trim the budget, we can source fabric for you.
Fabric
Hardware and installation are part of what we do. Choose hardware on each drapery, and we'll source, order, and install it.
From first sketch to final fitting
Whether you bring your own fabric (COM) or choose from our mill-sourced collection, every project gets the same attention. Design details, feasibility, direction, and confirmed yardage are part of how we work, not add-ons.
- 01
Design inquiry
Send us your estimate, inspiration, and ideas. We'll talk through the rooms, the look you're after, and your timeline.
- 02
Measure & design details
We measure on site as part of the design process. Together we refine proportions, construction, and fabric, and flag anything that affects how a piece will hang, wear or function.
- 03
Final quote & yardage
You receive a detailed quote with confirmed yardage for every fabric, whether it's yours or ours, so nothing is over-ordered or comes up short.
- 04
Made in our workroom
Each piece is cut, sewn, and finished in-house in our Woodinville workroom, the way we've done it since the 1970s.
- 05
Installed by our team
Our own installers, who already know your project inside and out, hang, dress, and fit every piece in place.
- 06
Cared for after
Rooms change and life happens. We're here to alter, repair, and service your pieces for years to come.
Why your final quote may differ
The range covers a well-made standard version of each piece. These details give custom work its character, and they're also where pricing changes.
Fabric choice
Velvets, silks, sheers, and heavy wovens each sew differently. Large pattern repeats need more yardage and careful matching across panels.
Linings & layers
Privacy, room-darkening, and dim out linings change how a drapery hangs and what it costs.
Finishing details
Hand-applied trims, banding, flanges, covered buttons, tufting, and hand-sewn rings are all available and quoted to your design.
Finished in place by the people who made it
Not every workroom sees a project through to the wall. We do. We source and order your drapery hardware through vendors we know and trust, and our own in-house installers finish the job. They're never subcontracted. Each one is briefed on your project in depth before arriving, so the pleats fall where they were designed to, the shades stack cleanly, and the room looks the way you pictured it.
- In-house installersOur own team. Never outsourced.
- Briefed on every detailThey know your measurements, hardware, and finishes before they arrive.

Keep this ballpark, or ask for a quote
This is a ballpark estimate, not a formal quote. Send it to our workroom and our team will review it and follow up with a finalized quote.
