UPHOLSTERY

Custom Upholstery & Reupholstery for Designers and Homeowners

LP Studio is a full-service custom upholstery workroom in Woodinville, Washington, partnering with interior designers and homeowners across Seattle, Bellevue, Kirkland, Redmond and the greater Seattle area. We reupholster and rebuild dining chairs, lounge chairs, armchairs, benches, headboards, ottomans, banquettes and beyond. Every piece is tailored by hand to your design, from new foam and down cushions to welting, tufting, and pattern-matched COM fabric.

Our Custom Upholstery Process

Every piece that comes into our Woodinville workroom gets the same careful, hands-on attention. We start by learning how the piece was built. Then we rebuild what it needs and tailor every detail to the new design. Vintage, antique and everyday pieces all get the same care, so the furniture is ready for a long second life.

Full Inspection

Every project starts with a full inspection. When a piece arrives at our workroom, we assess the frame, springs, padding and finishes. If anything unexpected turns up once the old materials come off, we pause and walk you through the options before going further.

Creating the Magic

No two pieces are alike, and we don’t treat them as if they were. We rebuild each one by hand, with new foam, Dacron wrap or down as needed, and tailor it crisp or soft to match your design. Throughout, we respect the original lines and craftsmanship of the piece.

Final Touches

The final details are what you notice. Pattern matching, self or contrast welting, hand-placed tufting, decorative trim and refinished legs give each piece a finished, heirloom-quality result.
